My circuit classes combine resistance training with cardio work and incorporate short sharp bursts of activity at a variety of stations. These include use of Kettle Bells, Dumb Bells, Stability Ball, Medicine Balls etc
I always aim to run a fun, enjoyable and non-intimidating class whilst ensuring exercises are done with correct form.

Designed to increase flexibility, balance, strength, agility and cardio vascular performance
Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and functional training (help with daily living)
Exercise at your own pace in a very relaxed, fun and social environment
All exercises can be done STANDING or SITTING
Wear loose comfortable clothing and suitable footwear eg trainers or flat lace ups
